Orders & pricing

- Government taxes and licensed-transporter freight are charged in addition to product price unless otherwise stated.
Statutory compliance
All products are manufactured under a valid PESO licence and supplied subject to the Explosives Rules, 2008. The buyer is responsible for holding the appropriate possession / sale licence in their state.
Limitation of liability
Sri Sai Fireworks Industries is not liable for any loss arising from misuse of fireworks, storage outside licensed premises, or use by minors without adult supervision.
Governing law
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
