Where we ship
We dispatch pan-India through licensed fireworks transporters. A few North-Eastern states require additional local permissions — please contact us for a state-specific quote.
Lead time
- Tamil Nadu & neighbouring states: 3–5 working days.
- Rest of India: 5–10 working days, subject to permit status.
- Diwali season (Aug–Oct): please add 3–5 working days for transporter congestion.
Packaging
Goods are double-cartoned, sealed and labelled per the Explosives Rules. Each consignment travels with the manufacturer's invoice, transport pass and copy of our PESO licence.
Damages on arrival
Inspect cartons in the presence of the transporter. Any damage must be noted on the delivery sheet and reported to us within 48 hours along with photos, so we can raise a replacement.
Tracking
Once dispatched, we share the transport docket number on WhatsApp. For status updates, use the docket number on the transporter's website or contact our dispatch team.
