Fireworks are classified as explosive substances. Once dispatched, goods cannot be returned to a manufacturing premises by an unlicensed party. Please order carefully.
Damages & shortages
- Inspect cartons at the time of delivery in the presence of the transporter.
- Any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery sheet and reported to us within 48 hours with photos and a copy of the delivery sheet.
- Verified damages are replaced free of cost in the next dispatch.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once handed over to the transporter, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, the amount is credited to the originating account within 7–10 working days of damage verification.
