Our licence
Sri Sai Fireworks Industries holds a valid manufacturing licence issued by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO), Government of India, under the Explosives Rules, 2008.
What we are licensed for
- Manufacture of Class 7 (Division 1) firework compositions and finished pyrotechnic articles.
- Storage and dispatch of finished goods from our licensed premises in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
- Sale to licensed wholesale and retail buyers across India.
For wholesale buyers
To purchase from us, please share a clear copy of your possession-cum-sale licence (Form LE-3 / LE-5 as applicable) along with your GST certificate. We are unable to dispatch wholesale quantities without these.
For retail / corporate gift orders
Smaller retail and corporate-gift orders do not require a buyer-side licence in most states. Please check your state rules — our sales team can guide you.
Verification
For licence verification, please email enquiry@srisaifireworks.com with your firm name on letterhead — we will share a stamped copy of our licence.
