Sathivel Rajan, founder of Sri Sai Fireworks, comes from a legacy of excellence in the fireworks industry inspired by his father, Narayana Pillai, whose experience laid the foundation of our journey.
He began his journey in Delhi and in 2008, established his first unit in Sivakasi — the heart of India's fireworks industry. Today, under his leadership, Sri Sai Fireworks has grown into a trusted multi-unit organization serving customers across India and beyond.

Chemicals, paper tubes and clay arrive from approved Sivakasi vendors; every lot is weight-verified and moisture-checked.

Composition & filling
Master mixers hand-compose formulations in small batches inside segregated, grounded sheds.

Drying & curing
Products cure on covered racks for 24–72 hours depending on category, in temperature-controlled rooms.

Quality check
Random sample bursting tests per batch; any deviation triggers rejection of the full lot.

Labelling & boxing
PESO-compliant safety labels, batch codes, expiry and handling icons printed on every inner + outer carton.

Dispatch
Consignments move via licensed explosives transporters with Form-22 permits and real-time tracking.

Who owns Sri Sai Fireworks Industries?
Sri Sai Fireworks Industries is privately held by founder Sathivel Rajan, who set up the unit in Sivakasi in 2008 after years in the Delhi fireworks trade. He carries forward the craft of his father, Narayana Pillai.
Do you manufacture everything in-house?
Yes. Every sparkler, chakkar, flower pot, rocket and gift-box item in our catalogue is made in our own sheds by our own mixers. We do not re-label other factories' goods.
How big is your factory?
Our licensed premises span multiple segregated sheds as per PESO norms, with dedicated areas for mixing, drying, packing and storage.
Can wholesalers visit?
Yes — once an initial trade enquiry is on record, we welcome qualified wholesalers for an on-site visit (by appointment, seasonal constraints permitting).
